  • What I should have done was write my final papers...

What I did instead today was reading The Amber Spyglass... I think Lorelai referred to it as the book with the gay angels, if I remember correctly...

Did I mention how much I hate turning in forms? Medical forms, loan forms, financial forms, academic forms.... Only things I like filling in are sudoku boxes. Meh!

  • All I did today was eat, sleep, and play.

    Twas good.

Finally watched vmars finale. I am so mad at the CW, I don't even want to watch that channel anymore. No GG and Vmars, no love from me. But LOST! OMG! Craziness happening everywhere! I am more confused than ever. Who the hell is Jacob????

    Summer is coming~

  • a long overdue post

yes, and I promptly forgot what I was going to write about since I just finished watching Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars, which makes me really sad since it's their last seaon... What will I do???? Do I really have to resort to other tv shows now??? *gasp*

Yeah, anyways, I've been running around like a headless chicken, frantically trying to get things done. When it seems like your schedule can't possibly get any more hectic, it does. Oh, boy, it does. Life is on fast forward mode right now.

So yes. Wynn is an awesome hotel in Vegas. The buffet! OMG! OMG! I ate like 4 full plates by myself, and nearly stuffed myself to death. Their homemade sorbets are to die for, and they had the most perfect flan... I can go on and on~

I think I am going to watch as many Cirque de Soleil shows as I can. I saw O in Bellagio, and WOW. It's just out of this world. There are no words to describe it. You just have to see it for yourself, and be prepared to be amazed. There are people flying and diving and twirling and it's just incredible.

My goodness, Vegas was 99 degrees. It was crazy hot walking outside during the day, and freezing cold indoors in the casino... My goal is that the next time I go there, I will not hesitate to bet more. I'm such a chicken, haha. But it was really fun playing the slots and all... I know the odds are sucky, but there is a lucky slot machine in Bellagio that I know... hehehe~

It's going to be an extra fun summer, that's for sure~ Lots of travellinnnnnggggg~~~ and about time, too >:O

  • CAN'T WAIT TILL THURSDAY!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

In other news, I have sold my soul and will be busy starting mid-June. Details are not confirmed yet, but it will be by next week... And then probably Korea/Japan/wherever in August, whoohoo~!

Downtown LA was so fun! We saw those damn cute wee lil bunnies again and we just had to pry ourselves away from the darlings. Goodness, and there were ice cream cart vendors on every street corner. Which reminds me, I want those mexican corn thingies. I did not see any ghetto corn venders, which made me sad. I grew up on those corn! It's so good. I think they put mayo and some white powdery cheese and paprika? I dunno, but I'm craving it now.... *sigh*

  • spring art project!

other than making clothes for my project runway class... because that is just beyond me sometimes, haha~

I want to buy a white jacket and decorate it~ It sounds like a fun thing to do, and I'll probably go shopping for materials in downtown... anyone want to join? :D

Did I mention how fun it is to shop in downtown? Everything is in TECHNICOLOR GONE WILD!

That is my blurb of the day. Because work is boring, as usual.

  • nothing in general... except...

    LIFE SUCKS WITHOUT INTERNET! GAHHHHHHH

All I am saying is that Time Warner Cable should be kicked out for monopolizing the cable business. They're entirely too smug about their service, someone should go over there and kick them all in the head. </end rant>

Anyways, so I have resorted to kdrama and jdrama to pass the time... Currently watching Liar Game (MATSUDA SHOTA!!!!!!!!!! *drools* ahem, he is Soujiro from Hanadan), a very interesting drama so far, also featuring that girl from Hanadan who played Umi... although Umi was not supposed to be that evil in hanadan... whatever, they changed a whole bunch of things at the end. Definitely will be watching this through the end.

As for kdrama, it's all about Witch Yoo Hee. I love Jae Hee, ever since I saw him in Cool Girl Chun Hyang, and he's even better in this drama. I don't know about Dennis Oh, though. His korean makes me cringe, haha. But I definitely recommend this drama, since it seems like the best drama I've watched so far this year. And did I mention that they show a lot of food? :D

  • dot dot dot

A recent Korean movie I enjoyed last week was 200 lb Beauty... although the Korean title is something along the lines of "It's hard to be a beauty" or something like that (미녀는 괴로워). In Japanese, it's probably 美女はつらい.Haha, the movie posters for this look funny, and the main lead had to wear a fat suit for it. People wouldn't recognize on the streets when they were filming it, since she looked so different... It was a really cute movie, and of course, it was based on a Japanese manga. <3 Joo Jin Mo! I liked him ever since I saw him in 때려 with Shin Mina (and Sung Shi Kyung, who looked awkward in a drama o_O). He's an awesome actor, and he looks like the sharper version of Go Soo, another actor that I like. I swear Kim Ah Joong in this movie looks like Kim Hyun Joo, it's eerie.

I know, that picture ^ looks really questionable there... but watch it! It's funny~ I also saw that movie with Tamaki Hiroshi and Ai Miyazaki (? Forgot her name, but she's Hachi from Nana, the first movie). It was kinda bleh, but Tamaki Hiroshi is always good~  *sigh*  It was a pretty movie, though.

Most memorable scene: I love this part, especially the background music~ It's so funny :D

  • vivid dream

I had the most vivid dream that I led a revolution. It was the most exhilarating and intense dream I ever had. I guess this is just a taste of what it feels like to be a leader of a resistance. Because you know, the majority isn't always right. It had the shebang: the undercurrents of resistance in society, the rounding up of innocent victims, executions, secret underground meetings, organized tactical units. If I could write a story for every dream I had, I would have wrote so many books.
